Gionee M7 that was rumored to launch on September 28 is made official a few days earlier. This new smartphone from the Chinese manufacturing company is featuring some great specs. The company follows the major trends of 2017 to this new phone.
It is a phone with a big 6.01″ of the Full Vision AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. The screen is 18:9 as the latest trend is going on and also 402 ppi of the pixel density. So you can enjoy the HD video on a wider screen. Due to the big display and thin bezels on the front, there is no space for the home button or fingerprint sensor.
It employs the dual camera on a 7.22 mm thin phone with a metal back. There is a combo of 16 MP + 8 MP of the rear camera unit. The 16 MP of the camera has the f/1.8 aperture which acts as the primary camera while the 8 MP of the camera act as the secondary camera and can help to get rid of messy backgrounds by blurring.
In the front, there is an 8 MP of the front camera for the better selfie experience. Just below the rear dual camera unit, there presents the fingerprint sensor.
Gionee M7 follows the Chinese smartphone lovers trend and embeds in a 6 GB RAM. With a whopping 6 GB RAM, there is an expandable 64 GB of the internal storage. The phone is powered by the latest mid-ranger Helio P30 SoC with an Octa-Core 2.3 GHz CPU.
It runs on Android v7.1 Nougat operating system with Amigo 5.0 on the top. The latest MediaTek Helio P30 SoC will consume less power and provides higher performance. To keep the smartphone alive for long there is a 4000 mAh battery packed into this device.
The company claims that the 4000 mAh battery has the intelligent power management system. Due to this, the phone can be used up to 43.2 hours on call, 21.1 hours on video play, 123 hours on mp3 song play, and 671.7 hours on standby.
The price of Gionee M7 is CNY 2799 ($422) which is a mid-budget range price. It is available in China in Black, Champagne Gold, Maple Red, Star Blue, and Sapphire Blue color options.
