Lenovo K8 Note is now official as the device got unveiled in India. This note from Lenovo will be available exclusively on Amazon.in starting from August 18th 12:00 pm. It is the successor of K6 Note and has brought some of its characters. Besides the mentioned traits of K6 Note, it also has some significant upgrades too.
This new device carries the 5.5″ of the IPS LCD screen with 1080p of the HD resolutions. The display is similar to the predecessor, but the splash resistance technology is a major upgrade to this device. Also, there is the presence of Corning Gorilla Glass over the screen which was absent in its predecessor.
Just like its predecessor, this note also has the 3 GB and 4 GB of RAM variants but unlikely this time with two internal storage options of 32 GB and 64 GB respectively. The major upgrade can be seen in the device as it has the MediaTek Helio X23 SoC under the hood with a Deca – Core CPU that is clocked at a frequency of 2.3 GHz.
Lenovo K8 Note runs on Android v7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box, and Mali T880 MP4 is there to take care of the graphics quality. The dual camera is pretty standard these days, and this is another major upgrade of K8 Note.
There employs a pair of 13 MP + 5 MP PDAF Dual camera at the back. The 5 MP sensor of the primary camera will act as the depth sensor for blurring the background of images. And on the other hand, 13 MP sensor will serve as the primary camera. In the upfront, there is a 13 MP of the camera with the LED Flash to pour some brightness on the selfies.
The rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Dolby Atmos audio enhancement are some features that it borrows from its predecessor K6 Note. It is packed with the same non – removable 4000 mAh Li-Po battery just like its predecessor but there is a turbocharging feature for the fast battery charging in this new Lenovo K8 Note.
K8 Note will be available in Fine Gold, Venom Black color options at Rs. 12,999 for 3GB/32GB variant and Rs. 13,999 for 4GB/64GB variant which is $203 and $219 respectively as per the latest currency exchange rates in USD.
