Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro is now official as the company launched the phone in Thailand. It is said to be same Galaxy J5 (2017) with some improvements in the overall memory unit (RAM and internal memory). The smartphone is powered by the 1.6 GHz Octa – Core with Exynos 7870 chipset under the hood.
It sports the 5.2″ of Super AMOLED display with 720p of HD display resolutions. The advancement is in the memory unit which is now 3 GB of RAM with the 32 GB of the internal storage capacity. The internal storage can be further expandable up to 256 GB using the dedicated SDcard slot.
The J5 (2017) has the 2GB/16GB and 2GB/32GB variants only. The front-mounted fingerprint scanner is there for the security of the phone. It is featuring the metal body and runs on Android v7.0 Nougat operating system. Packed with 3000 mAh battery the smartphone has a combo of 13 MP of the front and rear camera (both with the LED Flashlight).
With a price tag of 9,900 THB (equals to $295) it is the mid-budget range device from Samsung which is only available in Thailand. There is no official new whether it will be heading to other nations too or not.
