Xiaomi Mi Note 3 will the second device scheduled for September 11 event. Before this, the presence of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 was confirmed for this event. A few days back, the president of Xiaomi teased a video about the launch of another phone on 11 September.
A teaser of Mi Mix 2 was also dropped by Lin Bin, the president of Xiaomi on Weibo. This new successor of Mi Mix is coming up with an Infinity Display and Face Unlock feature. A 4 GB and 6 GB RAM variants are expected with 128 GB and 256 GB of internal memory. It might run on latest Android v8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box.
On the other hand, Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is taken into consideration as the bigger Mi 6 variant. It has the specs similar to Mi 6, but it is larger in size.
Note 3 will be carrying the 5.7″ of the 1080p display with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of internal memory options. Apart from the screen size, a 4000 mAh non – removable battery is another change from Mi 6. Rest all the other specifications are similar.
So we can expect this new Note device to come up with Dual 12 MP PDAF rear camera and 8 MP AF front camera. Besides, it will run on Android v7.1 Nougat OS with MIUI over the top. The front-mounted fingerprint scanner, type – C reversible USB port, NFC, Infrared will be major features.
There will be the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC in the heart with Octa – Core 2.3 GHz CPU that Mi 6 has.
Rest the confirmed specifications of Xiaomi MI Note 3 will be updated on the day of launch which is said to be September 11.
